Here is my running schedule for September! Feel free to follow along!
As you can see I’m lowering a bit of my miles this month, because I’m in between races right now. So my goal for my next race (Hot Chocolate Run 15K) is to lower my pace and time and work on my running technique. I would also like to lower my 5K time. Thus why I’m running 3 miles almost every day. Happy September!
P.S. I probably won’t be running Sunday because of my bronchitis, but this is not just a running schedule for me(:
