I completed 4 mile run this morning with an average pace of 10’15. Today I kept a nice and easy steady pace, without going my usual full speed. (:
But! The greatest thing about this morning was the weather: 66 degrees + a light breeze = my favorite type of running weather.
I also changed my running routine up this morning. Instead of listening to my (overplayed) running playlist, I put my iPod on shuffle and just went with the flow.
I even listened to some slow songs…WHAT?!
Truthfully though, the slow music helped me keep my pace.
It’s always great to switch up your running routine sometimes.
