Getting back on track

Alright, so my vacation was wonderful. So wonderful I only ran twice while I was there and went five days straight without training for my half. 
So of course, this week I had to get back on track. Basically for the 4 miles total I only accumulated on vacation. Oops! 

But hey it happens, and from what I’ve learned, sometimes it’s okay (especially when your on vacation) 

So after a week without training, here’s how to get moving again…
