Tuesday Training

Welcome to May!
Today was a beautiful day in my neck of the woods(:
And speaking of woods, after work I took a bike ride with my dad at one of my favorite metro parks!
And let me tell you something…
I thought I was in shape until I was going full speed up and down hills for two hot hours, without bike shocks. Ah!
In the next couple of days I will be posting a training schedule for this month, to prepare for my dualathon and half-marathon in August. Biking and running will be a staple in training this summer, of course(:
