Hungry?

Hiya! It’s Thursday, and as many of you know…I don’t train on Thursdays. BUT I do eat, everyday..cause food is just so good. 

SO 

It’s time for me to post some food on here! And of course it will be healthy food (especially for training) Without further to do…my favorite thing to do (Yay for food!)

ANYWAY! 

All three of these are packed with protein, carbs, and sodium (healthy of course). Which is great for training!
