I did a mix of running and strengthen. First I ran 2.5 miles, then worked on my legs and abs. Instead of listening to music though, I popped in Pirates of the Caribbean and watched as I exercised. Its always good to mix it up! I hate getting sick of my playlist! Anyway, I believe today is quote day. So here you go!
